Drivers now rate the places they pick up and deliver at, right in the driver app. Before a truck gets to a stop, the driver can read what other drivers said about it: how long the wait was, whether there is parking, a restroom, lumper fees.
What you need
- The driver app on iPhone, version 1.11.5 or later, or on Android, version 2.2.25 or later. Ask drivers to update it from the App Store or Google Play.
- Nothing to set up in the dashboard. It works for every company.
What the driver does
After a stop the driver rates the place and can leave a note for the next driver.
- Completes a stop as usual. When the stop is done, the app asks How was your pickup? or How was your drop-off?
- Gives 1 to 5 stars.
- Can add a note for the next driver and a few quick details: staff and dock, the facility, parking (Easy, Tight or None), overnight parking, restroom, shower, and whether the lumper was free or paid.
- Sends it. The review is shared under the driver's first name and last initial.
The driver can also tap Rate this stop later from the stop.
Before the next trip
On any stop, Facility info & driver reviews shows the rating and what drivers from other carriers wrote about the place. A driver who sees "two hour wait, no parking" can plan for it, and so can dispatch.
A review that is rude or wrong can be reported with Report review. Moderators check it.
In the dashboard
There is nothing to set up: reviews start coming in once drivers update the app.
Locations: the Reviews column shows each place's rating and number of reviews.
- Open the facility from Locations and go to its Reputation tab. You see the rating, the reviews your drivers and other carriers' drivers left after a confirmed visit, the details (staff and dock, parking, restroom, shower, lumper) and the facility's Google rating.
- A review that is rude, shares personal information or is false can be reported with Report: pick the reason and our moderators look at it.
- The Performance tab shows how the facility compares with the network on dwell time and on-time rate.
- In the facilities list, the Reviews column shows each place's rating, so dispatch can check a pickup before booking a load.
