## Improvements

### Dispatchers can star their most used carriers, which stay at the top of the Assign Carrier and Create Tender carrier lists.

- Why we changed it: Clicking a star does not pick the carrier. Stars are saved in this browser.

### The Invite to Carrier Packet dialog looks and works like Invite to Highway, with one DOT/MC search.

- Why we changed it: The carrier's verdicts and infractions show at a glance.

### Creating or sending a tender lists any stop without a ZIP or postal code and keeps Create or Send disabled until it is added.


## Fixes

### Unticking E-Tender in Manage Columns hides the column on the Orders and Manifests boards.


### The Fuel Transactions grid shows a totals row at the bottom again.

- Why we changed it: Its totals cover every page, not only the one in view.

### Changing the start of a range appointment on a stop no longer moves its end.

- Why we changed it: If the start ends up after the end, the End field shows a warning.

### New companies pick up their order statuses after setup without refreshing the page.

- Why we changed it: A saved order no longer shows as Unknown status until a refresh.

### Returning to a draft after its rate confirmation is read keeps Undo fill available for that read.


### Contact forms show email and phone errors together.


### Deleted brokers cannot be selected when creating an order.

- Why we changed it: They show with the Deleted label in the broker list.

### Reopening an order after its map failed no longer reuses the failed map.


### Sending a tender warns about stops without a ZIP only when the tender has a rate confirmation agreement.

- Why we changed it: Before, it blocked a send that would have gone through. Send stays disabled while the manifest or agreements are loading.
